IMGs from American Samoa for USMLE and Residency

The American Samoan physicians who decide to move to the US for residency will take the USMLE and get the ECFMG certificate. Most of these doctors attend the Oceania University of Medicine and the National University of Samoa School of Medicine. Some Samoan docs will go the Caribbean for medical school then apply to the USMLE as these schools are affiliated with US hospitals which will offer them USCE before graduation.
